Going from home showing to home showing, day in and day out, until you finally buy that dream home you've been searching for can be pretty boring. There are only so many tankless water heaters a person can look at during a home inspection. Sometimes though you come upon a home that has something unique. Something that stands out from other homes and makes you take notice. Something like a 3-D sailboat design keel toy sculpture hanging from the ceiling. It's a mesmerizing piece of art that you just can't stop staring at. Eventually your mind wanders and you start to wonder how such a thing was made.
How was it made? It's a question that a lot of people ask themselves. Whether it's in regards to how was this home built, how was that protein skimmer manufactured, or how was that chocolate bar made with the caramel already in it? People are intrigued by mysteries. It's starts from an early age when kids ask questions about everything. Like how are babies made or why is there a crack in the Liberty Bell? It's a part of growing up. Even when they finally do grow up there are still tons of questions that adults need ask.
You've probably looked at some products like web slings or camera lenses and secretly wondered to yourself how they're made or manufactured. It's normal. You wouldn't be normal if you didn't want to know how they are made. Some things are easy to figure out. Especially food products because you can read the ingredients and easily come to the conclusion of how they are made. Others, not so much. Perhaps you saw a vacuum truck drive by and had no idea how it got to be that way.
A lot of the time, heavy duty machinery and special tools are used to make everyday products such as computers or mitre saws that you use. They are made by specially trained individuals who have years of experience working with that machinery. In other instances, the mystery surrounding the product you are wondering about can never be truly understood. Like how is a time machine actually built? A lot of the products you wonder about, were initially thought up by very intelligent human beings in the scientific world. Whether they were useful or potentially harmful such as the atomic bomb. It takes a lot of hard work and skill to invent something. So, the next time you ask yourself, how is it made, you might also want to ask, who made it?
